VS Group In The Community

Throughout November, we are delighted to be launching our new VS 2000+ initiative, where Managing Director, Kevin Penman and Marketing Manager, Declan Walker, will be visiting 10 North-West charities and donating £200 each to support the good work that they do.

On Wednesday 6th November, Kevin & Declan visited Derian House Children’s Hospice and Pendleside Hospice.

Upon arrival at Derian House Children’s Hospice, Kevin & Declan were truly humbled by the hospice’s support and facilities. From the cinema room to the sensory room, the staff really do go above and beyond to support the children and their families. Kevin was heard saying:

“I never really understood the support the hospice provides to the family, it truly is inspirational and touching”.

Caroline Taylor, Marketing Manager for Derian House, provided a guided tour of the hospice, talking through all of the changes they are making and new initiatives coming up that will further add to the great support that they already provide.
